Marketing Executive
Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at Labindia Instruments, you will manage and coordinate marketing activities to promote the instruments, lab construction and services. You will coordinate with the internal team and agencies to plan, execute and report marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads. 

 
 
 
Key Responsibilities

    1. Social Media Management 

  • Managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) to build brand awareness and attract potential clients. 
  • Drive engagement, increase followers and plan engaging creatives
  • Coordinate with the agency for execution
  • Reporting 
  1. Exhibition & Events Coordination

  • Coordinating with vendors and exhibition organizers to ensure maximum visibility and impact during events. 
  • Coordinating with internal teams.
  • Running pre-event and on-site campaigns to increase lead generation and potential business opportunities. 
  • Qualifying leads and sharing with the sales team.. 

     3. Vendor and Partner Coordination 

  • Managing relationships with vendors, exhibition organizers, and partners to streamline operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely execution. 
  • Managing vendors and coordination for events, collaterals and gifting arrangements. 
  • Negotiating with the vendors for budgeted quotations.

     4. Digital Marketing 

  • Planning and executing google search ads, brand awareness ads and paid campaigns.
  • Preparing extensive report on CPC, CPM, Spend, Conversions on monthly basis.

     5. Website Management  

  • Editing, adding and update product content on website.
  • Updating Events information on the website. 
  • Order handling for 1labinfra ecommerce website
  • Sharing website enquiries with the sales team and follow up on the enquiries.   
  • Managing chat and converting website visitors into enquries. 

     6. Email marketing 

  • Preparing monthly email campaign calendar
  • Coordinating with internal team for content and with agency for execution.
  • Email Campaign reporting  

     7. SEO  

  • Keywords research, on page and off page SEO optimisation to improve website ranking on various search engines. 
  • Should have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO Tools etc.
  • Preparing monthly SEO reports.   
Required Qualifications

MBA/Diploma in Marketing.

Preferred Experience

2-3 Years of full time work experience in similar industry.

Candidate should be open to travel PAN India.

Female candidates preferred.
