1. S6 VERSA-When one needs to scan a wide variety of plate types, the S6 Versa is the instrument of choice. This model is designed to handle 100mm Petri dishes, 96-well plates, and all formats in between. Also included is the BioSpot? software for colony and plaque applications.

2. S6 Macro- S6 Macro works with virtually any plate format from 6- to 96-well plates. It has a software-controlled motorized zoom/focus module which interface allows you to save hundreds of plate types ? each with point-and-click retrievable scan settings.

3. S6- Micro-With its maintenance-free 150-diode overhead lighting system and proprietary planar backlight system, the ImmunoSpot? S6 Micro provides the ultimate in image quality, especially for double-color assays. Capable of supporting 6- to 384-well plates, this instrument is the ideal choice for sophisticated users who demand superior image quality and performance. The S6 Micro comes with a motorized lens which gives highly-repeatable and tightly controlled image magnification as well as exceptionally high image resolution.

4. FLUOROCORE Analyzer- The baseline fluorescent system in our FlouroSpot line. It?s a 2-3 color Analyzer capable of performing both visible and fluorescent analysis. It can read standard 96-well plates as well as 384-, 48-, and 24-well plates.

5. UNIVERSAL Analyzer-Modularly upgradeable, the S6 Universal comes with a baseline visible/fluorescent configuration. Its big secret... it can be upgraded to become our highest-end Analyzer ? the S6 Ultimate. Customers have the freedom and ability to upgrade their Analyzer as the scope of their projects change and require additional capabilities.

6. Ultimate- top-of-the-line system capable of 8-color analysis. This system has a wide plate format flexibility with the ability to scan anywhere from 6-well all the way to 384-well plates. This system can address virtually any assay format including ELISPOT, FluoroSpot, high-throughput cell counting, viral plaque, neutralization, and even bacterial colony counting assays.

Application :

S6 Analyzers are not just for ELISPOT assays. Thanks to their quality engineering and versatile designs, they can also be used for analyzing other microtiter plate-based bioassays. These include bacterial, yeast, stem cell, and tumor colonies, as well as viral plaque assays and more.
