The K13153 Automatic High Precision Colorimeter provides a comprehensive, fully automated color analysis solution for refined petroleum products and derivatives. Equipped with 16 interference filters spanning 420 – 710 nm, the instrument measures Saybolt, ASTM, Gardner, Pt-Co (Hazen/APHA), and Lovibond RYBN color scales, as well as CIE, HunterLab, and Tristimulus values.

Designed for both laboratory and 24-hour production environments, the K13153 offers high repeatability (±0.25 % transmittance, ±1 Saybolt) and rapid measurements (< 25 s). Calibration is performed automatically at the press of a single key, eliminating manual curve generation.

Data can be transferred directly to a PC through RS-232 or parallel interfaces and analyzed using the included Windows software. A diagnostic self-test and status report enhance reliability, while a certified glass conformance filter ensures long-term measurement traceability.

Housed in rugged fabricated steel with a textured paint finish, the instrument combines precision optics, multilingual menu guidance, and automated operation, making it ideal for quality control, blending validation, and contamination detection in petroleum laboratories.
