The FIA (Fluorescent Indicator Adsorption) Analyzer System is a complete and advanced solution designed for accurate hydrocarbon group-type analysis of petroleum samples. Capable of analyzing a single sample or up to six samples simultaneously, the system enhances laboratory efficiency and throughput.
The analyzer features a multi-position air pressure manifold equipped with independently operated gauges, pressure regulators, and ball O-ring joints, allowing precise pressure control for each column. Each regulator can be adjusted between 0–15 psi and maintains stable pressure regardless of back-pressure variations. Integrated pressure gauges continuously display real-time pressure for each column, ensuring accurate monitoring throughout the analysis.
The system utilizes a reliable ball-and-socket O-ring sealing mechanism that ensures leak-proof connections without the need for grease, simplifying operation and maintenance. O-ring compression fittings allow easy connection and removal of analyzer tubes (3 mm OD × 1200 mm), while optimized internal geometry ensures smooth transition between tubing diameters for consistent results.
Column support tips are fitted with porous polyethylene discs to securely hold silica gel packing, ensuring proper separation during analysis. An integrated electric vibration system assists in uniform dry gel packing, featuring adjustable amplitude and on/off control for enhanced usability.
The system is supplied as a complete package, including a 1 mL syringe with a 4-inch needle, silica gel pouring bottles, extra O-rings, stainless steel clamps, and mounting brackets for secure installation. Designed for durability and precision, the FIA Analyzer is ideal for petroleum laboratories, refineries, and research facilities performing detailed hydrocarbon analysis.
