The CF Cell Disruptor provides continuous flow sample processing with unmatched precision and reliability. Both CF1 and CF2 models leverage Constant Systems’ hydraulic control technology, fully scalable from 0.5 mL single prep to 150 L/hr large-scale processing. This ensures that all samples are processed at operator-set pressure, delivering consistent results with minimal sample loss.
Both models include HMI digital controls, a maximum process pressure of 40 kpsi (2700 bar), an integrated sample cooling jacket, and a 200 mL inlet reservoir (hopper). An automatic shutdown feature ensures the process stops safely once complete. These systems are fully contained and handle fluid and re-suspended sample types, including bacteria, yeast, and algae.
CF1 Model:
Compact (~700 mm²), bench-mountable but best used with the tailor-made trolley for optimal working height. Recommended for process volumes 15 mL – 10 L. Optional integrated peristaltic pump allows continuous feeding and recirculation for larger volumes.
CF2 Model:
Floor-standing (~700 mm²) with full swivel and lockable castors, designed for process volumes 15 mL – 100 L. Comes standard with an integrated peristaltic pump for continuous sample feeding.
