The In Vivo Water Jacket Option represents a vital extension of the NanoTherics MagneTherm™ platform, enabling researchers to conduct physiologically accurate in vivo hyperthermia studies.
It provides a thermally controlled chamber surrounding the magnetic field coil, ensuring precise and stable sample temperature during extended heating cycles.
The unidirectional water circulation system ensures rapid temperature stabilization and minimizes gradients across the sample volume, offering a key advantage over conventional water-cooled systems. Operating seamlessly with MagneTherm™ and MagneTherm™ Digital systems, it connects directly to the built-in recirculating water chiller or standard laboratory tap water, requiring no additional power or control hardware.
The standard version (NAN201008) includes 17-turn and 9-turn 60 mm OD water-cooled coils, insulating sample locators, and adapter rings for multiple tube diameters. The IR-compatible variant (NAN201008-IR) adds a 10 mm optical window for infrared thermal imaging, facilitating real-time visualization of surface temperature during experiments.
