Developed for fluorescence imaging and general research applications, the NIS-Elements BR software provides a unified platform for acquisition, automation, device control, and quantitative image analysis. Supporting multidimensional imaging (4D), it enables researchers to capture complex datasets across spatial, temporal, and spectral dimensions — including X, Y, Z, Lambda (wavelength), and Time.

The software integrates seamlessly with Nikon motorized microscopes, cameras, and peripheral devices to deliver automated imaging sequences with precise synchronization. Users can perform time-lapse imaging, Z-stacking, multi-point acquisition, and multi-channel fluorescence capture with ease.
