Temperature and environmental control from < -195°C to 600°C with XY sample manipulators

The THMS600 is one of the most widely used heating and freezing microscope stages for laboratories requiring precise temperature control, rapid heating and cooling, and excellent stability. Designed for advanced thermal analysis and material characterization, the stage offers a temperature range from below -195°C to 600°C with outstanding accuracy and stability of 0.01°C.

The system enables fast sample characterization by heating at rates up to 150°C per minute with minimal overshoot. As the sample approaches the desired temperature, the heating rate can be reduced to closely monitor material changes with precision. This capability makes the THMS600 ideal for research, quality control, and analytical applications involving phase transitions, crystallization, polymers, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and advanced materials.

The THMS600 supports complete experiment recording and export to spreadsheet applications for further analysis and reporting. It is available with NEXUS software for computer-based control, monitoring, and recording, or with a LinkPad touch screen for convenient standalone operation.

Several versions of the THMS600 are available for specialized applications including pressure, vacuum, humidity, and electrical sample measurements. Optional sample holders are also available for vertical mounting in FTIR spectrometers.
