Built on the trusted Agilent SureSelect XT HS2 chemistry, the Magnis system delivers fully automated, highly reproducible sample preparation with minimal manual intervention, making it ideal for research laboratories and clinical research environments.

The system supports a complete NGS workflow starting from total RNA with integrated cDNA conversion or from unfragmented DNA using onboard enzymatic fragmentation. With intelligent self-detection and automatic tuning capabilities, the Magnis system ensures smooth operation, enhanced workflow consistency, and reliable sequencing-ready library preparation.

The Magnis NGS Prep system redefines walkaway automation by significantly reducing hands-on preparation time from approximately 2.5 hours to as little as 15 minutes.
