Eracheck ECO is an advanced, eco-friendly oil-in-water analyzer designed for fast, precise, and economical testing of oil and grease contamination in water samples. It combines the speed and sensitivity of IR technology with the use of CFC-free cyclohexane extraction, making it a sustainable and cost-effective solution for environmental and industrial laboratories.

Fully compliant with ASTM D8193, Eracheck ECO allows direct IR transmission measurement without solvent evaporation, ensuring accurate detection of all hydrocarbon fractions, including light ends. It provides reliable TPH and TOG analysis with sub-ppm precision and a method detection limit of 0.5 mg/L oil-in-water.

The analyzer supports excellent correlation with EPA 1664A, ISO 9377-2, ASTM D3921, ASTM D7066, and ASTM D7678 methods. Its user-friendly software enables easy creation of custom calibrations and correlations for specific applications.

Designed for maximum connectivity and convenience, Eracheck ECO features an 8.4-inch multilingual touchscreen, built-in industrial PC, LAN, USB, RS232, printer support, barcode scanner integration, and LIMS connectivity. An optional 10-position autosampler further improves efficiency and sample throughput while maintaining instrument portability.
