Eracount XS is the smallest and fastest field particle counter designed for rapid and accurate oil cleanliness monitoring in laboratories, industrial plants, maintenance facilities, and field applications. Using advanced laser-based technology, it measures ISO 4406 particle size channels ≥ 4 µm(c), ≥ 6 µm(c), and ≥ 14 µm(c) in just 60 seconds using only 10 mL of sample.
The analyzer can count particles across up to 8 size channels when connected to other Eralytics OCM analyzers, providing detailed contamination analysis for hydraulic oils, lubricating oils, fuels, and industrial fluids. This helps detect abrasion, contamination, and early machine wear before major failures occur.
Eracount XS is built with a rugged all-metal housing and weighs only 3 kg, making it highly portable and suitable for harsh operating environments. It can withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations, and demanding industrial conditions, making it ideal for hydraulic systems, lube oil systems, test rigs, and parts cleaning applications.
