Eraflash X is an advanced closed cup flash point tester designed for fast, safe, and highly accurate flash point analysis of petroleum products and industrial liquids. Fully compliant with ASTM D7094, it is the future-proof replacement for traditional ASTM D93 Pensky-Martens testers.

The analyzer provides flash point testing over a wide temperature range from 18 °C to 370 °C using only 2 mL of sample. It is suitable for diesel fuel, biodiesel blends, jet fuel, kerosene, fuel oil, gas turbine fuel oil, solvents, chemicals, lubricants, and other petroleum liquids.

Eraflash X uses continuous closed cup flash point technology, offering 100% laboratory safety by eliminating the need for an open flame. Instead of a traditional ignition flame, it uses an electric arc ignition system inside a sealed chamber. The small sample volume and low oxygen content ensure that any flame is extinguished automatically after ignition, significantly reducing fire risk.

The analyzer delivers outstanding precision and speed with patented Peltier Boost Technology® for rapid heating and cooling. A typical ASTM D7094 diesel flash point test is completed in less than 12 minutes, allowing up to 5 flash point measurements per hour.

Eraflash X also reduces operating costs through minimal sample usage, easy cleaning, low waste generation, and simple operation. Its intuitive workflow allows users to enter sample information, select the test method, fill the sample cup, and start the measurement with just a few clicks.
