Eraoil is an advanced stand-alone rotating disc electrode spectrometer designed for fast and accurate analysis of wear metals, additives, and contaminants in lubricating oils, heavy fuel oils, fuels, coolants, process water, and other operating liquids. It measures up to 32 elements fully automatically within 30 seconds and delivers sub-ppm detection limits using a high-end CMOS detector with automatic background correction.
Eraoil is a compact and fully stand-alone rotating disc electrode optical emission spectrometer designed for fast and accurate elemental analysis of oils, fuels, coolants, and industrial fluids. With its rugged housing, built-in PC, and integrated 10-inch color touchscreen, it is ideal for both laboratory and on-site testing applications where speed, reliability, and ease of use are essential.
Its all-in-one design includes an integrated electrode sharpener and automatic ventilation system, making it one of the most convenient and smallest-footprint RDE-OES analyzers available. The automated testing process allows even untrained operators to perform measurements quickly and efficiently. Users simply fill the sample cup, close the chamber, and press start to receive elemental concentration results within seconds.
Eraoil is fully compliant with ASTM D6595 for the analysis of wear metals, additives, and contaminants in used lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids, as well as ASTM D6728 for contaminant detection in gas turbine and diesel engine fuels. For fuel analysis requiring extremely low detection levels, the optional Low Detection Fuel Module enables the measurement of trace contaminants such as potassium, lithium, sodium, and vanadium at levels as low as 0.1 ppm.
The analyzer can measure up to 32 elements in just 30 seconds with sub-ppm detection limits, making it highly effective for monitoring engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and industrial machinery. It is also suitable for testing coolants, metalworking fluids, and other process liquids where fast multi-element analysis is required.
