A key innovation of eravap is the optional integration with eralytics’ DENS4052 density meter module. This lightweight, temperature-controlled U-tube density module enables simultaneous measurement of vapor pressure and density in a single portable analyzer. It is fully compliant with ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185, making eravap the only instrument capable of measuring both vapor pressure and density according to major international fuel standards such as ASTM D4814 and EN 228.
The optional density module features eralytics’ patented X-oscillating metal U-tube technology made from durable Hastelloy material. This design provides exceptional resistance to shocks and vibrations, ensuring reliable density measurements even in harsh field conditions.
eravap is available in two models: the standard EV10 for liquids up to 1000 kPa vapor pressure and the EV20 model for LPG testing with an extended pressure range up to 2000 kPa. Optional accessories further expand its application range, including a LowVP module for low vapor pressure testing of chemicals and solvents, a High Viscosity module for thicker samples, and the patented TVS™ Temperature Verification Sensor for ASTM D5191 gasoline testing.
With repeatability as low as r ≤ 0.15 kPa and reproducibility of R ≤ 0.50 kPa, eravap exceeds the precision requirements of ASTM standards. Its Pure Sampling™ technology reduces the risk of cross contamination between samples, while the built-in Peltier temperature control and self-lubricating piston ensure reliable operation and low maintenance.
eravap supports a wide range of vapor-to-liquid ratios and can be powered by a 12 V DC vehicle battery for field testing, making it a highly flexible solution for mobile laboratories and remote testing locations.
