eravap for lpg is a high-pressure vapor pressure analyzer designed for LPG testing up to 2000 kPa. It is fully compliant with ASTM D6897 and supports testing from 0 °C to 120 °C. In addition to LPG, it can also measure gasoline and crude oil according to ASTM D5191, D6377, D6378, D5188, and EN 13016 standards.
eravap for lpg is a high-performance vapor pressure tester specifically designed for accurate LPG testing across a wide temperature and pressure range. It is fully compliant with ASTM D6897 and supports vapor pressure testing from 0 °C to 120 °C with pressures up to 2000 kPa, making it ideal for propane, butane, and other LPG products.
Vapor pressure testing of LPG is essential for selecting the correct storage tanks, cylinders, and transport vessels. It ensures that the maximum design pressure of handling and storage systems is not exceeded during normal operating conditions. LPG vapor pressure testing is also important for understanding fuel evaporation behavior in low-temperature environments.
eravap for lpg offers maximum flexibility with support for vapor-to-liquid ratios from 0.02:1 up to 4:1, enabling highly realistic simulation of actual storage and transport conditions. It provides precise measurements across a wide pressure range from 0 kPa to 2000 kPa, with excellent repeatability of r ≤ 2.0 kPa for propane at 37.8 °C, outperforming ASTM D6897 precision requirements.
The analyzer is equipped with a dedicated high-pressure sensor specially designed for LPG applications. This provides additional safety margin and ensures reliable vapor pressure testing even at elevated temperatures and higher pressures.
eravap for lpg also features a convenient quick-fit inlet system, making it easy to connect pressurized cylinders directly to the analyzer. This simplifies sample handling and improves efficiency in laboratories, terminals, refineries, and field operations.
In addition to LPG testing, eravap for lpg can also analyze gasoline, crude oil, solvents, and other volatile liquids according to common international methods such as ASTM D5191, ASTM D6377, ASTM D6378, ASTM D5188, and EN 13016. This makes it a versatile solution for multiple vapor pressure testing applications in one instrument.
