eravap online is an online vapor pressure analyzer designed to deliver lab-grade results directly in process environments. It supports ASTM D6378, ASTM D6897, ASTM D6377, and CCQTA methods, making it ideal for refineries, blending stations, and terminals. With multiple sample input streams, Modbus communication, and digital and analog I/Os, eravap online offers reliable and versatile vapor pressure monitoring.
eravap online is a robust process analyzer designed for continuous online vapor pressure testing in refineries, blending stations, terminals, and industrial facilities. Based on the proven laboratory technology of eravap, it delivers lab-grade vapor pressure results directly in the process line with full compliance to major international standards.
The analyzer supports ASTM D6377 for crude oil, ASTM D6378 for gasoline, ASTM D6897 for LPG, and CCQTA modifications. It uses the Mini-Method measurement principle, where a piston with an integrated pressure sensor expands the vapor space above the sample. By controlling the temperature and vapor-to-liquid ratio, eravap online provides highly accurate vapor pressure measurements for different types of fuels and volatile liquids.
One of the major advantages of eravap online is that it uses the same measurement methods as eralytics’ laboratory vapor pressure testers. This means no additional correlation between online and laboratory measurements is required, ensuring reliable and directly comparable results.
Designed for demanding 24/7 industrial operation, eravap online features self-lubricating gears, rugged solenoid valves, continuous oil-level monitoring, and durable components that extend service intervals up to six months or longer. Its smart design helps reduce maintenance requirements and minimizes the risk of unplanned downtime.
To ensure uninterrupted operation, every eravap online unit is supplied with two interchangeable measurement cells. While one cell is being serviced or recalibrated, the second cell continues operation inside the explosion-proof housing. Swapping cells requires no tools and can be completed in less than five minutes.
eravap online supports up to four fluid streams, making it suitable for multi-stream monitoring, blending applications, and quality control measurements. It can be configured to measure multiple input and output streams while also performing periodic cleaning or QC cycles.
The analyzer integrates easily into plant control systems through Modbus communication via Ethernet, RS232, or RS485. It also includes configurable analog outputs, digital outputs for alarms and warnings, and digital inputs for measurement control.
For hazardous environments, eravap online is available in ATEX & IECEx Zone 1 and UL Class 1, Division 1 explosion-proof versions. It uses nitrogen purging to maintain safe overpressure inside the enclosure.
A large 15-inch explosion-proof touchscreen simplifies setup, monitoring, and operation. Users can configure communication settings, sample streams, measurement cycles, alarms, and QC routines directly from the display.
