Viscometer Cleaning and Drying Apparatus | Koehler Instrument

This glass capillary viscometer cleaner and dryer is designed for efficient cleaning and drying of all types of kinematic viscometers. The system uses solvent and pressurized filtered air to remove sample residue and dry the tubes quickly, helping laboratories improve productivity and reduce cleaning time.

The unit can clean up to six viscometer tubes simultaneously. Users simply place the tubes on the solvent and air jets, select the solvent cycle for rinsing, and switch to the air cycle to evaporate any remaining solvent. An adjustable drainage rack allows excess sample oil to drain from the tubes before cleaning begins.

The integrated drainage trough connects to a waste container or chemical drain for safe disposal of used oil and solvent. A built-in air filter removes particles from the air stream to ensure clean and effective drying. The system also includes an optional solvent tank with tubing and fittings for easy connection and operation.
