The instrument features an integrated processor PC with the latest Windows operating system and an 8.4-inch touchscreen interface that displays all operator settings, test parameters, and results on a single screen for easy operation.
A fully automated three-position mechanical lift system provides one-touch positioning for Open, Clean, and Test modes, simplifying sample handling and improving testing efficiency. The analyzer includes two flash detection systems as standard: thermocouple detection and ionization ring detection for reliable flash point determination.
The system can store more than 65,000 test results on the local hard drive for convenient data management and record keeping. An integrated dual fan cooling system rapidly cools both the test cup and surrounding environment, reducing turnaround time between tests.
Users can create an unlimited number of custom test programs, including a quick test mode that safely determines flash point from ambient temperature and automatically uses the result in the official test procedure. This feature minimizes fire risk and improves testing safety.
For additional protection, the analyzer is equipped with an inert gas fire suppression system to help prevent accidental ignition during testing.
