The Automatic Cloud and Pour Point Analyzer is a state-of-the-art laboratory instrument designed to measure the low-temperature flow behavior of petroleum products and biodiesel fuels. Cloud point testing identifies the temperature at which wax crystals first form, which can block filters and affect fuel systems. Pour point testing indicates the lowest temperature at which the liquid flows, critical for lubricating oils, fuel systems, pipeline operations, and petroleum blending.

The system is fully automatic, featuring wireless cloud point and pour point heads, an integrated cooling system, and multiple calibration options (10-point RTD, sample, and jacket calibrations). A 10.4-inch color touch screen provides intuitive control, real-time temperature graphs, and user-friendly navigation.

Software allows pre-programmed ASTM methods or user-defined test programs, with easy data viewing, printing, export to LIMS, and storage. Automatic calibration routines include 3-point electronics calibration, 10-point RTD offset calibration, and jacket calibration for accurate, reproducible results. Temperature can be precisely controlled between -105°C and +50°C with ±0.1°C accuracy, and the tilt interval for pour point testing is user-selectable from 1°C to 5°C.
