The Automatic Aniline Point Analyzer is a high-performance instrument designed for accurate determination of aniline point and mixed aniline point using the modified thin film technique as per ASTM D611 Method E. This advanced system ensures reliable analysis of petroleum products, helping evaluate their aromatic content and compatibility characteristics.
The analyzer features a platinum immersion heater that directly heats the sample-aniline mixture, ensuring rapid and uniform temperature control. The detection of the aniline point is carried out photoelectrically, delivering high precision and repeatability. Temperature readings are clearly displayed on a large LED indicator for easy monitoring.
To enhance operational efficiency, the instrument is equipped with a built-in pressure regulator and solenoid valve, allowing the use of cooling air for faster cooling cycles. It also enables determination of subambient aniline point temperatures, reaching as low as 0°C (32°F) when used with refrigerated cooling air.
Additional features include variable controls for heater intensity, light source, and stirrer speed, providing flexibility for different testing requirements. The cabinet is finished with a chemical-resistant polyurethane enamel coating, ensuring durability and long-term performance in laboratory environments.
This analyzer is ideal for petroleum testing laboratories, refineries, and quality control applications where accurate determination of fuel and lubricant properties is critical.
